just finishing out week ten only 6 more weeks to go…
I am still here! Still having fun and thank goodness no longer dazed and confused with all the new acronyms. The software and digital platforms have just started to make sense… why I thought I came here and why I am actually here and now that I have come and changed my mind and have a better view than I could have had .. had I not begun.. is nothing short of “frickin” amazing.
I have put everything else I might have done ON HOLD… That means no unscheduled emergencies; no gardening; no shopping for pansies, no corning my own brisket for St. Patrick’s Day; and no answering the phone for unscheduled and unannounced callers. Definitely no bread baking…the beloved is threatening Dr. Davis grain free.
Cell phone stays on another level during school hours. I confess, I did sneak out to daydream & feed buttermilk waffles to the baby teen squirrels this morning. They love my recipe. They also shared so graciously with the birds…
I know how to finish out and finish out well…what I know to be best about marathons… you win because you pace yourself and finish and learn what you learn along the way. There is HOPE!
