Thank you so much for your post. I love the notion of writing as a spiritual practice. At my church as part of the beloved community, we offered writing as both a ministry and an opportunity for a shared journey of the soul. All of the experiences yuo listed have proved to be true for us. It is a new way to do "church" and to be in community where we all feel we belong but are not the same often healing old wounds. We published a book about the journey.
