Thank you thank you. A whole new vocabulary while my mind was just chattering away .. loving terms like neurodiversity and seeing me and others in a new way. I am learning to see my self with joy and fewer apologies … you hit all the senses .. your perceptions and self awareness are lovely. No excuses. Just wonder and joy. I might never have thought of all the things I love as hobbies. I no longer feel defensive when folks are frustrated with me. … great great day.
